Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the Bebblo app, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app. For users under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

2. Description of service

Bebblo is a mobile app for parents and caregivers that helps them log daily baby-care activities: sleep, meals, diapers, growth, health and development milestones. The app works locally by default; cloud, family sync and Premium features are optional.

3. User accounts

You can use Bebblo without an account. Creating an account is required only if you want cloud backup or family sync. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for any activity carried out with your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

The data you enter (journal, photos, notes) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. To operate the service (for example, to display your journal on another device in family sync), you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly necessary to run the app. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others;
• upload illegal, offensive or violence-promoting content;
• attempt to access other users' accounts or compromise system integrity;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
• use the app to collect data about others without their consent.

6. Premium subscriptions

If Bebblo offers Premium subscriptions, they are managed via RevenueCat and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments, renewals and cancellations are governed by your store's terms. Free beta features remain available without a subscription.

7. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and/or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach the terms, for legal reasons, or if your activity threatens the safety of other users, with reasonable prior notice when possible.

8. Medical disclaimer

This information is educational and does not replace pediatric care. Bebblo is not a medical device, it does not diagnose and does not provide treatment. All displayed data (sleep estimates, meal signals, health notes) is informational.

For severe symptoms, rapid deterioration, or breathing difficulty, contact emergency services immediately. For any concern about your child's health or development, consult your pediatrician.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FAINTECH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app. The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, death, personal injury, or other cases where liability cannot be excluded under law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania, while preserving your consumer rights in the jurisdiction where you reside.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. We will mark the last-updated date at the top. For significant changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Continued use of the app after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
