2 Month Old Sleep Schedule

At two months your baby is starting to show the first hints of a day rhythm — slightly longer wake windows, a longer night stretch beginning to appear, and more social awake time. Sleep is still spread across 4–5 naps and a fragmented night, totalling 14–17 hours. The biggest win at this age is protecting short wake windows so your baby doesn't get overtired, and reinforcing the difference between day and night.

This schedule is a general guide based on paediatric sleep consensus, not medical advice. Every baby is different. For persistent sleep problems, breathing pauses during sleep, or anything that worries you, talk to your pediatrician.
