- Be concrete. Version, device, step, and the screen where it stopped.
- Name what mattered. Sleep, meal, family invite, or backup.
- Leave context. If you already sent diagnostics or a screenshot, mention it in the message.

What helps most
- Phone model and iOS or Android version.
- App version, if it appears in Profile.
- Steps that reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots, if the issue is visual.
How we prioritize
Crashes, data loss, backup, and blocked sleep, meal, or diaper logging come first.
