Is my baby's data private?
Yes. The journal works locally on your phone, with no account required. Cloud backup is optional and uses end-to-end encryption with a recovery key only you control. We never sell or share your child's data.
How do I sync the journal with my partner?
With Bebblo Plus, enable family sync from Profile and send your partner an invite. The journal syncs in real time on both phones. If an invite fails, write to us and tell us whether it happens before or after opening the link.
What does the Bebblo Plus subscription include?
Plus unlocks the full journal history, WHO growth charts, advanced sleep and meal analytics, cloud backup, partner sync, and unlimited notifications. The core journal stays free forever.
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Use the restore purchases option on the Bebblo Plus screen, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. If it still doesn't show up, write to hello@bebblo.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account subscription settings. After cancelling, you keep Plus access until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I export data for the pediatrician?
From Profile you can export the local journal and generate a pediatric report configurable by period, format, and sections. The report is educational and does not replace a pediatric consultation.
Are there ads on the free tier?
Ads may appear on the free tier after several eligible actions. Bebblo Plus removes ads.
Does Bebblo work offline?
Yes, fully. Daily logging of sleep, meals, diapers, and health works without internet. An account and the cloud are never required to use the app.
How do I delete my data?
The local journal is deleted when you remove the app from your phone. If you enabled a cloud account, write to hello@bebblo.com and we will delete the account along with its backups.

Write to hello@bebblo.com with your phone model, app version, and the steps of the issue. Crashes, data loss, and backup problems come first.
